I’ve scaled multi-location brands, launched immersive spaces for kids and adults, produced pop-ups in far-flung places, and turned big ideas into living, breathing environments people love to return to.

I care deeply about how things feel to guests, to teams, to founders and I’m just as passionate about the numbers, the structure, and the behind-the-scenes engine that makes it all sustainable.
